The facility set up well to accommodate not only the party but also the guests who stayed overnight. That does not always happen. The food was absolutely fabulous. Every detail was done to perfection. There has not been a guest who did not commend your performance with the highest of accolades. The hors d’Oeurves, the shrimp flambé station, the Chef carved beef tenderloin, and the crab claws were all displayed and prepared to perfection. And who wouldn’t love the chocolate fountain.
